Minors' Policy

Several issues can arise when it comes to piercing kids. Their growth rate, immune system, and hormone development will impact the placement and ability to heal the wounds. Our team is dedicated to providing a safe and long-lasting piercing. Some of our piercings have age limitations to ensure the client has a reasonable chance of success. 

Additionally, we must address the liturgical ramifications of consent, legal waiver forms, identification, and guardianship. Providing these services is our livelihood and we must protect ourselves and our business. We have compiled a list of identifications and cooperating documents that will help protect us, and your child. 

You will need to bring in a parent or legal guardian. Both the parent/guardian and client should have photo IDs. 

Valid and acceptable ID types are driver’s license, driver learner’s permit, state ID, passport, Real ID, or military IDs 

We can also combine 2 supporting documents for underage clients without the above-listed IDs:

Document 1

Some form of photo representation: School ID, Yearbook, or Online portal with picture and name. 

Document 2

Birth certificate, tax return (numbers blacked out), matching member number health insurance cards with both minor and parent's name present, custody papers from the court with minor's and guardian’s names.
