Tapering or attempted installation of jewelry

The service fee for installation or tapering is due even if the reopening of the existing piercing is unsuccessful.

Minors' Policy

What kind of restrictions apply for minors?

Minors must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian, and they have to be present while the piercing is being done. The parent or guardian must have state/goverment issued photo ID. 

Valid and acceptable ID types are a driver’s license,  a passport, a Real ID, a military ID,  a state- or federal-issued ID, etc. 

The minor must have a copy of their birth certificate with them, or, if the minor has a learner's/driver's permit or other government-issued ID, that will be acceptable. 

If accompanied by a guardian, they must have the appropriate court-issued legal paperwork with them.
