Minors' Policy

What kind of restrictions apply for minors?

The minor must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian and they have to be present while the piercing is being done. The parent or guardian must have state/goverment issued photo ID.

Valid and acceptable ID types are a driver’s license,  a passport, a Real ID, a military ID,  a state or federal issued ID etc.

The minor must have a copy of their birth certificate with them or if the monior has a learner's/driver's permit or other goverment issued ID that will be acceptable. If the parent has a different name than that on the birth certificate, due to a life situation, then they need to have that updated by the state health deapartment before we can accept it.

If accompanied by a guardian they must have the appropiate, court issued, legal paper work with them.
